Receptionist
Based in Cambridge | onsite role
Full Time | Monday to Friday| 8:00am to 4:30pm
Temp role for 6 to 8 weeks
Pay rate of -12.71 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our Nationwide clients who are looking to bring in an experienced Receptionist into one of their sites in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional, welcoming and secure front of house experience for colleagues & visitors to

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Welcoming, meeting & greeting visitors and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner on the front desk
* Managing the signing in process for all visitors
* Maintaining an organised, tidy and professional front desk environment at all times
* Dealing with a very limited number of phone calls into the front desk, passing on calls & taking messages where needed
* Dealing with incoming emails & on-site client requests
* Support with general administrative tasks where required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception / Front of House role providing first class visitor service - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be dealing with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
