As part of People Services, we partner closely with subject matter experts to ensure colleagues receive a seamless, high-quality, people-centred experience.RoleYou will design, deliver, and support high-quality learning and development activities for colleagues across DMU. This includes identifying learning needs and using insights to create effective workshops, resources and blended or self-directed learning opportunities.You will contribute to essential training by working with subject matter experts to keep content accurate, monitoring staff completion and recommending improvements.
