If you''re a skilled flexographic printer with label printing experience then this is your opportunity to join a well-established production company in Daventry who produce labels for high end food and drink brands.

This is not large format print work, this is fine-detail, high-volume label production so accuracy and consistency are key.

We''re recruiting 4 experienced flexo operators who have a solid track record on flexographic presses and have also handled finishing processes such as die-cutting.

This is a permanent night shift.

What you''ll be doing:

• Running flexographic printing machines on night shifts
• Working to strict quality and output targets
• Operating finishing equipment (die cutters, rewinders etc.)
• Ensuring consistency across runs as this is precision work

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience running flexographic presses
• Background in label production (not large/wide format print)
• Understanding of finishing processes
• Happy working a night shift permanently
• Someone looking for a long-term secure role
