Develop and execute category-specific sourcing strategiesManage tenders and supplier proposals (e.g., RFI, RFP, e-sourcing)Engage with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needsMonitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationshipsEnsure full compliance with internal proceduresExperience and Requirements

Proven experience from any industry across a range of direct and indirect categoriesFamiliarity with strategic sourcing and tendering processesConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilitiesCIPS or working towards (beneficial but not essential)Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex information
