Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a leading housing developer based in Manchester, who are currently on the look out for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Site Manager on site to ensure the smooth delivery of our New Build projects across the business.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience working as an Assistant on a New Build or Social Housing project
• SMSTS Certified
• Nice to have, NVQ level 6 in Construction Management
• A forward thinking individual who is looking to progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spot checks on works completed around site.
• Ensure Health & Safety is being adhered too.
• Liase with clients and customers
• Tool box talks
• Assist the Site Manager with reports and meeting prep
