They are market leaders in providing bespoke services and solutions within specialist sectors across the UK.Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced Head of IT to be based out of the West Midlands offices on a hybrid basis, paying a salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits. Head of IT: DutiesIT Strategy andamp; Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals; provide leadership for cloud services, infrastructure, and security initiatives.Team Management: Lead and mentor technical teams, including service desk staff; ensure effective handling of incidents and tickets.Corporate IT Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage budgets, and ensure system performance and scalability.Incident Management: Act as Incident Manager during disruptions; establish processes for response, resolution tracking, and root cause analysis.IT Security: Implement robust security policies (ISO27001), monitor cybersecurity risks, and ensure GDPR compliance.Networking andamp; Infrastructure: Manage network design, implementation, and maintenance; optimize cloud services (Azure preferred) and hybrid infrastructure.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and third-party providers; monitor performance against SLAs.Development andamp; Applications (Desirable): Collaborate on SaaS applications or internal software projects to support ..... full job details .....
