This service meets the needs of children both on a social and emotional level. As a Residential Support Worker, you will make positive relationships with the children. You will provide support that enables children to develop life skills, confidence and help improve their self esteem. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You will encourage children to partake in a range of activities and develop life skills that enhnace their quality of life. The salary range does include some sleep ins.
