New Opening | Central London | Launching Autumn 2025Modern Japanese, with a focus on sushi, robata, and refined plates that balance tradition and creativity.We are recruiting for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the launch.You will take full responsibility for kitchen operations, team recruitment, menu development, and quality control
building the kitchen from the ground up and setting the tone for service and standards.What youll be doing:Leading and developing a team of around 20 chefsDesigning and delivering a high-end Japanese menuSetting up kitchen systems, structure, and controlsManaging food and labour costs in line with business targetsEnsuring excellent hygiene, safety, and day-to-day operationsWorking closely with FOH to ensure smooth, consistent serviceWhat were looking for:5+ years as an Executive or Head Chef in high-end kitchensStrong experience in Japanese cuisineIdeally experienced in new openingsA confident team leader with a calm, hands-on approachStrong organisational and communication skills
