The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health and safety practices across multiple sites, including Manchester Airport, Derby, Corby, Kettering, and Grimsby. Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety Oversight: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all staff and contractors across multiple sites. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies. Risk Assessments and Method Statements: Provide expert guidance on risk assessments and method statements to maintain a safe working environment. Training and Development: Deliver health and safety training and toolbox talks to raise awareness and enhance site safety. Incident Reporting: Monitor and manage incident reporting, accident investigations, and near-miss reporting to continuously improve safety measures.
