This is a senior leadership opportunity within the Investor Services Data and Client Platform team. You will be responsible for Citi Clarity, Investor Services’ client-facing application suite, Citi Clarity. Serving thousands of users across the globe, the applications deliver reporting, business intelligence and oversight insights to a financial services customer base.You will be accountable for defining and delivering a world-class user experience, driving product vision, strategy, and execution. You will build and deliver a roadmap to drive a consistent experience as part of a target state architecture and operating model.This role requires a deep understanding of UX and CX principles, exceptional design sensibilities, a proven track record of successful product delivery, and the ability to collaborate effectively across product verticals within a matrixed organization. You will lead and inspire a team of talented designers, engineers, and product managers to create innovative and user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will have an appreciation, curiosity and understanding for AI with a clear perspective and position on how it can be used to drive continuous delivery improvement and a reimagined digital experience.What you’ll do
Experience leadership: Define and champion the User experience vision and strategy for Clarity, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Partner with Technology and Designers to lead the design and implementation of user-centered design processes, conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to optimize the user experience.Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for Clarity, incorporating market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and user needs.Product Delivery and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support. Collaborate with engineering, design, and product management teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution. Build strong relationships and effectively influence decision-making.Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of designers, engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the fintech space. Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.Budget Management: Oversee budget planning, tracking, and reporting for Clarity, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.What we’ll need from you
Significant relevant experience in product management, UX design, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.Clear understanding and proven partnership with client teams to deliver on a durable Client Experience program.Experience in Financial Services preferred.Deep understanding of UX/CX principles and best practices.Strong appreciation and deep experience with Agile delivery methodologies.Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong leadership and mentorship skills.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with data analysis tools and software.Bachelor''s/University degree in a related field, master’s degree preferred.What we can offer you
