£50,000 - £60,000 Basic (depending on experience) + £75,000 Realistic Year 1 OTE

The Opportunity

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing business operating within the parcels, logistics and e-commerce sector.

This is a true hunting role, ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors and converting prospects into long-term customers.

You'll have the autonomy to build your territory, manage the full sales cycle and directly influence your earning potential through your success.


Key Responsibilities

•    Generate and win new business opportunities
•    Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
•    Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close
•    Develop relationships with key decision makers
•    Deliver presentations and commercial proposals
•    Negotiate and win new customer contracts
•    Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
•    Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets


About You

•    Proven success within business development or field sales
•    Experience within logistics, parcels, courier, fulfilment or e-commerce sectors is advantageous 
•    Strong track record of winning new business
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    Commercially driven and target-focused
•    Comfortable generating opportunities through proactive outreach
•    Full UK Driving Licence
