As a Manager within the GBS team focusing on ERP-enabled transformation and transactional finance, you will have responsibility for the following:Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving - Select appropriate methods for collecting and analysing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client''s business strategyBusiness Process and Technology Acumen - Articulate informed opinions to address clients'' business challenges, by shaping the transformation strategy at the intersection of process, people, data, and technologyDelivery Excellence - Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experienceDriving Change and Adoption - Communicate messages with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholdersExecutive Presence - Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instil confidence in clientsKnows the Business and Sector - Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client''s businessLogical Structuring - Organise insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendationsBuild and contribute domain thought-ware for use by the networkWorking effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributionConnect to your skills and professional experience

Your professional experience should include:Prior work experience within finance transformation, finance operating model and service delivery model, financial processes design/standardisation, automation and change managementExperience in working in multi-functional teams in the design and/or implementation phases more than one of the following elements: Finance Function Strategy, Roadmap, Business case, Operating model development (incl. Enabling Technologies), Organisation Design, Service Performance Management, Governance, and Operational Support Processes.Experience in at least one of the core finance processes: Record to Report, project and fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, Order to Cash, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, main Finance related policies, Procure to Pay and others)Experience within Robotic Process Automation, Cloud based technologies and working with the Finance function would be beneficialExperience in at least one of the following - stakeholder management, change management, learning and development, capability development and build, succession planning and / or leadership developmentUnderstanding and gathering client business requirements; supporting effective day to day client relationshipsExperience in Finance Systems Implementation projects such as testing, design - or agile experience for supporting a technology deliverySome experience in the use of BI, reporting and data visualisation technologies to appropriately represent information and analysisWork effectively in a team environment on client facing environmentFinance professional qualification such as (but not limited to): ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalentConnect to your business - Technology and Transformation
