Our client are seeking a detail-orientated Estimator to prepare competitive tenders and working closely with clients to deliver successful projects. Description of the role Review tender enquiries, specifications, and contract conditions.Prepare estimates, tender submissions, and attend review meetings.Ensure all construction methods comply with health, safety, and quality standards.Conduct site visits and assess factors influencing cost and construction methods.Source materials, plant hire, and subcontractor quotes; calculate costs and overheads.Support contract handovers and maintain compliance with company procedures.Mentor and support junior staff to develop skills and competence. About you You will have experience with industrial buildings and civil engineering projects.Civil Engineering or equivalent degree would be advantageous.Experience in substation construction.Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost estimation, and health and safety legislation.
