As a successful candidate, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them overcome barriers to learning while promoting confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to provide a holistic approach to each pupil''s development. While previous experience within an SEMH, SEN, or alternative provision setting is advantageous, it is not essential.
