Qualifying Criteria for a Managing Surveyor Assoc RICS (minimum 2 years post-qualification), MRICS or FRICS Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential Ability to demonstrate leadership, problem- solving and effective communication skills Key Responsibilities of a Managing Surveyor Encouraging high performance and cultivating a culture of success whilst being consistently mindful of the needs and well-being of your people whilst balancing the business operational objectives. Delegating professional responsibility amongst your team especially utilising the skills and knowledge of Area Surveyors in the region. Be an excellent communicator amongst key stakeholders within our business. Have the ability to keep things simple. Have a high regard to risk and be able to fully use the supporting Management Information provided and teams around you to mitigate this aspect.
