Qualifying Criteria for a Managing Surveyor Assoc RICS (minimum 2 years post-qualification), MRICS or FRICS Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential Ability to demonstrate leadership, problem- solving and effective communication skills Key Responsibilities of a Managing Surveyor Encouraging high performance and cultivating a culture of success whilst being consistently mindful of the needs and well-being of your people whilst balancing the business operational objectives. Delegating professional responsibility amongst your team especially utilising the skills and knowledge of Area Surveyors in the region.
