Finance Manager - Market Research Consultancy A collaborative, independent agency is looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager to join them, This is a key role for the business acting as the finance specialist within the business. You will have sole ownership of day-to-day financial operations while partnering with the wider business and supporting to influence commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including cashflow management, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and month-end/year-end procedures. Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Support the senior team with performance analysis and strategic commercial insights. Project Financial Management: Partner with client services to monitor project profitability, track purchase orders, forecast income, and support procurement needs.
