We are seeking a Graduate Product Development Manager to support the development and launch of new and innovative products. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated graduate with a technical background to take ownership of projects, manage subcontractors, and play a pivotal role in bringing ideas from concept through to market.

About the RoleAs a Graduate Product Development Manager, you will:
Lead and coordinate product development projects from concept to commercial launch.
Manage subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Oversee prototypes, testing, and iterations, with a strong focus on detail and regulatory compliance.
Work independently to problem-solve and keep projects moving forward.
Ensure all products meet UK regulatory standards, particularly in highly regulated industries (cosmetics, food supplements, or consumer goods).
Skills and Experience
Education : A degree in Product Development, Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
(Optional Advantage) : Qualifications in project or business management (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
Project Management Skills : Strong time management, budgeting, and resource coordination.
Technical Competency : Ability to understand product specifications, production processes, and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
Problem-Solving : Proactive in resolving design, material, or compliance challenges.
Communication Skills : Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Regulatory Awareness : Understanding of UK/EU regulations (cosmetics, food, medical devices, or related).
Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, accountable, flexible, and able to thrive when working independently.
