• Setting press tooling accurately to match detailed specifications

• Carrying out safety and compliance checks, including guarding verification and PM sheets

• Ensuring each press run starts with a first-off quality inspection

• Maintaining top-tier production quality throughout each cycle

• Supporting wider team operations: material handling, packing, and machine operation

• Loading presses and learning to use a universal grinding machine

• Recording press activity using internal digital systems

• Previous experience as a press setter, ideally with Bruderer, Invernizzi, or hydraulic presses

• Solid knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations for safe press operation

• Manual press setting experience is essential

• Understanding of press tooling or production materials is a bonus

• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive team player mindset

• Basic computer literacy

• Salary: £39,000 – £40,950 per year
