Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the Principal Systems Engineer will lead, empower, and motivate a growing team of Systems Engineers and Verification and Test Engineers. This role spans from concept to customer commissioning and field trials, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to specification through best-practice systems engineering. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, team leaders, project managers, manufacturing, service, and customer representatives. Main Responsibilities Lead systems engineering activities across applicable projects. Develop and implement a systems engineering strategy compliant with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2023 ( Systems and software engineering system life cycle processes ). Advocate and lead the adoption of best-practice systems engineering, consistent with INCOSE Handbook (ver. 5), to enhance engineering function delivery.
