Site Manager Required Radlett Immediate Start We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction activities on a busy domestic project in Radlett. This is a 5.5 million project, building 5 high end luxury apartments. Ideally, you will come from a Carpentry background and have proven experience managing subcontractors, coordinating site operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. The Role: Day-to-day site management Coordination of subcontractors and trades Monitoring quality, progress, and site safety Liaising with clients, project managers, and suppliers Ensuring works are completed in line with programme and drawings Key Requirements: Carpentry trade background preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience managing subcontract labour and site logistics Strong health and safety awareness SSSTS certificate (essential) First Aid at Work certificate (essential) For more details or to apply, please reach out to Liam Hargate at ..... full job details .....
