The RoleWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our Business Development team.This is a hands-on role focused on outbound lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting. Your main responsibility will be to speak with potential clients, introduce our services, identify opportunities and book qualified meetings for the Head of Business Development.This is not a traditional hard-sales role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, building rapport quickly and having professional conversations with people across the construction and built-environment sectors.You will be working from a structured target list and will be expected to consistently generate new conversations and meetings for the wider BD team.There may be opportunities to progress into a broader Business Development role in the future, but the immediate focus is lead generation and appointment setting.
