HR Business Partner

Seeking an HR Business Partner to join a fast paced and growing global financial services organisation to support the Wealth Advisory business function. The role can be based in Bristol or London.The HR Business Partner will work with the client group both at a strategic and operational level to support the aligned business function with the management and development of employees within the business function. This is an organisation that is rapidly growing both organically and through acquisition so experience of Mandamp;A and due diligence as well as business integration is a key requirement.The role will support and advise on aligning the people strategy with business goals/objectives. Providing advice on all HR related queries and drive the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives.A strong background in employee relations and exposure to change and transformation will be advantageous to support on upcoming projects.Key Skills andamp; Experience Experience of working as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within a complex global organisationAbility to influence and engage senior stakeholders and broader HRBroad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering with a strong focus on Mandamp;A and business integrationExperience of managing and driving HR initiatives in complex environmentDemonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutionsHigh level influencing and communication skillsMcGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer ..... full job details .....
