This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to take on a varied coordination role, working closely with managers and the wider HR team.The role:Working within a team of HRBPs and HR AdvisorsLiaising with employees and line managers communicating time-frames and capacity withinConducting exit interviews with employees via Teams or face to faceDealing the maternity notifications and letters / questionsExperience with flexible working requestsLiaising with managers and employees over emails and phone callsDrafting letters, completing standard Word templates with relevant informationUploading files into systems and foldersMonitoring and coordinating the return of signed documentsProviding general administrative support as instructedExperience with mail mergeSupporting with pay increase and bonus letters as requiredRevamping and updating letter templates as instructedSupporting with background checks (initiating them in the system, monitoring progress, and flagging updates to the team)Flexibility to support with other tasks as requiredThe candidate:Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role is essentialProven experience liaising and communicating with line manager and employeesGood understanding of HR ..... full job details .....
