The job holder will be an integral member of the team and have a broad remit, ensuring overall that investor clients receive a consistently prominent level of service. This will include verifying, preparing and managing client claims, analysing and reconciling investment data and communicating with major investors. Job role: Liaising with clients, custodians, settlement administrators, law firms, litigation funders, and other relevant parties involved in this area of group litigation Understanding and interpreting claims process documentation Identifying, analysing, and processing financial transaction records on behalf of clients Generation and filing of client''s claims across multiple authorities.
