As a Primary ECT, you will:

• Take part in longer-term teaching responsibilities where applicable

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS

• A genuine passion for primary education

• Strong classroom management skills

• Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
