Operations Administrator Location: Letchworth Garden City Contract: Full-time, Permanent, 5 days onsite. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy operations department. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines administration, customer service, office coordination and operational support. As a key member of the team, in this newly created role, you will play an important role in ensuring processes run efficiently, maintaining excellent communication with customers and suppliers, and providing essential administrative support across the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily operational activities to ensure work schedules are completed efficiently and accurately. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and providing regular updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Process customer orders, service requests, quotations, and associated documentation. Maintain accurate records, databases, files, and operational documentation. Monitor ongoing work and proactively resolve issues to minimise disruption to customers. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
