The role has a strong focus on Hard Facilities Management, overseeing FM contractors responsible for maintenance and day-to-day services. You will monitor contractor performance, validate completed works, manage operational issues and work closely with senior stakeholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Oversee Hard and Soft FM services, with a primary focus on Hard FM. Manage FM contractors delivering day-to-day maintenance and facilities services. Monitor supplier performance, quality, safety and service delivery. Validate completed works and undertake audits of maintenance activities. Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and operational stakeholders. Identify estates and maintenance issues and ensure appropriate remedial action.
