This role is varied, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of site joinery, shopfitting, and general building maintenance.You''ll work closely with the Maintenance and Facilities teams, travelling regularly to existing sites as well as new clinic fit-outs across the UK and Ireland. Accommodation is provided where required for non-commutable sites.Key Responsibilities Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery, dry lining, ceilings, and general fit-out tasks Support maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship Raise material requisitions and maintain accurate stock records Liaise daily/weekly with the Facilities Supervisor Assist subcontractors during planned or reactive maintenance Ensure works comply with current Building and Planning policies Perform monthly site walk arounds and log maintenance requirements Complete all job sheets weekly for scheduling Adhere to Health and Safety requirements, ensuring correct PPE use Perform monthly HandS checks on all equipment What you''ll need to succeedEssential: Fully qualified Joiner with strong on-site experience Experience across ..... full job details .....
