This supportive team emphasizes staff well-being, offering free in-house training for locums, regular supervision and a manageable workload.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will screen incoming Occupational Therapy (OT) referrals via initial telephone assessments, order minor equipment following assessments (such as toilet frames and commodes), and conduct risk assessments. You will also provide telephone-based initial assessments and perform home visits if necessary due to staff shortages.
