This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller or finance professional to join a leading company in the waste management sector. The role is a 12-month maternity cover contract with strong potential to become a permanent position. Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller: Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email Allocate payments accurately and maintain clear, up-to-date records Handle and resolve customer queries and disputes professionally Liaise with internal teams to streamline credit control processes Support the finance team with general administrative tasks The Ideal Credit Controller Will Have: Previous experience in a Credit Controller or accounts receivable role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) Experience using Sage 50 or Sage 200 (highly desirable) Why Apply for the Credit Controller Role? ..... full job details .....
