-Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri) working across our practices in South London at the following locations;Crystal Palace Purley Twickenham Kingston East Dulwich

As a Hearing Care Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our practice, supporting private hearing services with a balance of clinical excellence and operational flair.Clinical Duties

-Carry out otoscopy and Tympa-based assessments

-Deliver Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) screenings

-Conduct hearing aid reviews and routine maintenance

-Perform ear wax removal (microsuction, irrigation and manual)-Take aural impressions

-Support patients with empathy and clear communication

-Work under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser

Practice Engagement and Development

-Assist with team training and cross-referrals

-Build partnerships with local GPs, pharmacies and communities-Help manage appointment scheduling to maximise the HAD’s time

Operational Responsibilities

-Maintain high standards in line with healthcare regulations

-Ensure Health and Safety compliance

-Represent THCP with professionalism in both appearance and conduct

What You’ll Need-Qualified Hearing Care Assistant-Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and in a healthcare setting-GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (grade C or higher)-A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between locations-Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified daysIf you''re ready to elevate patient care while enjoying a flexible, fulfilling role, apply today and become a vital part of our team!
