This is a field-based role combining new business development with the management and growth of existing accounts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and win new B2B customersDevelop existing accounts and increase customer spendConduct regular customer meetings and quarterly business reviewsIdentify and progress new commercial opportunitiesBuild stronger links between customers, Internal Sales and Customer ServiceIndependently manage territory planning and customer visitsRequirementsB2B sales experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial productsFastener industry experience would be advantageous but is not essentialComfortable balancing account management with new business developmentStrong commercial awareness, resilience and relationship-building skillsAble to work autonomously in a home-based, field sales positionBased in Northern Ireland with the flexibility to cover the territoryThe successful candidate will typically spend three days per week visiting customers, with the remaining time dedicated to administration and territory planning.Full training, coaching and support will be provided.WR Engineering are the recruitment partner for engineering, ..... full job details .....
