Create digital solutions that support the development of Handelsbanken colleagues using authoring tools and design software (e.g., Canva and Articulate Storyline) to develop digital learning content including eLearning modules, videos, infographics, interactive PDFs and micro-learning.Apply instructional design expertise and strong relationship-building skills to partner with subject matter experts and transform content into interactive, engaging solutions tailored to the audience.Support the Digital Learning Technologist with the maintenance and enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content, playlists, curricula and page management; identify ways to continually improve accessibility and learner experience.Perform general LandD administration, including scheduling training, providing evaluation data and assisting LandD Business Partners with logistics and planning of learning programmes; monitor and manage queries in the team mailbox.Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

Experience designing digital learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, Canva and other content authoring/design toolsKnowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital learningBeginner level coding skills (HTML and CSS) desirableCreative and innovative approach to learning design with strong visual design skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build strong professional relationships at all levels and represent Handelsbanken effectivelyAbility to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detailCompany Information
