Your new role As a project specialist with Curo, you will ensure that projects for improvement and investment works on housing stock are delivered on-time, with strong leadership, within budget constraints and against quality standards. Deliver professional surveying, design, and contract administration services, ensuring that refurbishment projects meet quality standards. Deliver an excellent contract management approach to service delivery, including principal design, specification, and delivery of new projects. Provides effective programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management. What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful in this position, you will:Hold a relevant professional qualification (degree, HND, HNC etc.). Evidence experience of carrying out detailed design work for the refurbishment of buildings. Have a detailed understanding of managing health and safety within properties, including management of CDM. Demonstrate commercial acumen, business awareness, and strong negotiation skills.
