Technical Paraplanner Requirements

Essential:-CII Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualification)
Essential:-Proven experience within independent financial planning firm producing complex recommendation reports
Essential:-Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
Desirable:-Holding or working towards Chartered status

Desirable:-Experience with holistic financial planning and regulatory compliance
Desirable:-Proficiency with back-office systems and MS Office suite
