Duties to include:* Help organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided.* Prepare and present food to the highest quality.* Assist with the ordering of stock.* Serve hot and cold food to customers* Identifying customer requirements with allergies* Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.* Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning
