We are currently supporting a great client of ours in finding a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong commercial building services experience and the relevant qualifications to work safely and effectively within a critical environment. The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across a cluster of sites in West London. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, responding to faults and ensuring that mechanical building services are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and issues Maintain pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, heating systems, pipework and other mechanical plant and equipment Carry out general mechanical maintenance and remedial works Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and breakdowns Complete repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and other contractors Identify potential issues and report any remedial works required Follow all relevant health and safety procedures Support the wider engineering team with general building services maintenance where required Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 Mechanical Engineering, ..... full job details .....
