Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Engineer''s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Maintaining Quality manuals, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Manage and develop QHSE policies, procedures and programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.Conduct supplier auditsReview all quality debit notes in a timely fashion.Undertaking a hands-on inspection role to ensure components are produced to the customer specification.Support APQP and PPAP activities. The ideal candidate for the Quality Engineer will have: Ideally held a similar role.Come from a solid engineering backgroundIdeally have an Engineering qualification (HNC or HND or higher)A good knowledge of manufacturing processesGood customer facing skillsThe ability to read engineering drawings in various formats.Experience of working in a hands-on inspection role and be competent using all relevant equipment.
