Part Time Accountant (Temp-to-Perm) West London / 20 hours per week (flexible on days) / £14.35-£15.38 per hour Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Accountant to join their small, fast-paced finance team. Reporting to the CFO, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and smooth running of core finance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging company bank accounts and performing weekly reconciliationsPosting transactions across sales and purchase ledgersReconciling supplier statements on a monthly basisOverseeing VAT processes, including refunds and correct VAT applicationProcessing third-party invoices and staff expensesManaging and reconciling the credit card accountHandling financial queries from internal teams and external stakeholdersAccounting for and reconciling shipping transactionsSupporting the management of petty cashAssisting with additional finance tasks as required by the CFOAbout YouPrevious experience in a busy finance functionStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and organisationProactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesSage 50 experience is essential Finance qualification If you are looking for part time Accountant roles please apply now!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
