Are you a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with leadership experience, looking for a varied management role where you can remain close to the tools and technical work, while also increasing your earnings through overtime?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established and highly respected manufacturer, where you will take the lead over a small engineering team and play a key role in keeping projects, service work and customer requirements running efficiently.

This well-established business has built a strong reputation over many decades through the quality of their work, close-knit team culture and long-term stability. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking to add an experienced engineering leader to their site mechanical division.

In this role, you will split your time between the office and customer sites, managing a small team of Site Engineers carrying out servicing, repair and maintenance work on a wide range of industrial pumps, motors, fan units and mechanical systems. You will also be involved in site visits, technical support, quotations, customer communication and helping to develop the team moving forward.

This role would suit a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience on pumps and motors, looking for a long-term role with leadership responsibility, technical variety and the opportunity to further boost earnings through overtime.

• Managing a team of Site Engineers
• Working on industrial pumps, motors, fan units and related mechanical systems
• Split between office-based coordination, technical support and customer site visits

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background
• Experience working on industrial pumps and motors
• Previous team leadership / supervisory experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
