Ashfield District Council have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £39,152 - £41,771 per annum (pay award pending)

Working within both the Major Works & Assets teams you will provide a comprehensive Quantity Surveying service for the Council, comprising the procurement and financial management of construction and building related projects undertaken by the Section. 

To include the preparation of contract documents, options appraisals, cost estimates, budget monitoring and forecasting and final accounts etc., necessary to progress construction and building related projects from feasibility to completion.
