The RoleAs Project Manager, you will oversee projects up to
£2m in value , managing them from concept through to completion. You will work across all stages — from design and planning to final handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
Leading projects from initial design through to completion
Managing multiple interior fit-out and acoustic installation projects simultaneously
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on-site
Acting as the main client contact, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded
Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes (CPAs)
Monitoring budgets, managing costs, and capturing all variations
Identifying and resolving risks, issues, and project delays
Ensuring compliance with legislation, health and safety standards, and industry best practice
Providing regular progress and KPI reporting
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a confident project leader with a background in interior or fit-out project management. You will bring:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out or construction sector
A successful track record of delivering projects up to £2m+ in value
Strong subcontractor management and on-site coordination skills
Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
Proficiency with project planning tools, budgeting, and reporting
Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and industry best practice
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
