KS2 Teacher
Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: (M1-U3) (£34,398 - £52,490)
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high-quality teaching and inspiring our Year 5 pupils to achieve their best. You will be part of a school that prides itself on nurturing each child''s academic, emotional, and social development in a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for Year 5 pupils, in line with the National Curriculum
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Create a positive, stimulating learning environment that motivates and challenges students
• Foster personal growth and help students develop their social and emotional skills
• Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team, parents, and the school community
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom environment

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A genuine passion for teaching Year 5 and a commitment to inspiring young learners
• Strong organisational, communication, and classroom management skills
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 5 (desirable but not essential)
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Enthusiasm for working in a school where each child is valued and supported
