Plumber Newham, London Full-Time, Permenant Salary: 44,000 + Company Van and Fuel Card Our client, a leading contractor within the social housing sector, is currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join their growing repairs and maintenance team covering multiple sites across london and South East england. This role is ideal for a qualified plumber with broad maintenance experience who can deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service within occupied and void social housing properties. Key Responsibilities Attend reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs within agreed timescales. Diagnose faults and complete repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, cylinders, radiators and associated fittings. Carry out minor plumbing installations and replacement works as required. Isolate, make safe and reinstate systems in line with safe working practices. Identify follow-on works, materials required and any access or technical issues. Complete work to the required standard, ensuring properties are left clean and tidy. Record job progress, materials used and completion details accurately on handheld or job management systems. Liaise professionally with residents, reporting any safeguarding, access or property concerns. Work with supervisors, planners and other trades to support efficient service delivery.
