This hands-on role is ideal for a qualified finance professional who can quickly integrate into the business, provide stability to the finance function, and support senior stakeholders during a busy period of change. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the day-to-day finance function and manage a small team. Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting packs. Lead month-end and year-end processes. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting. Review and improve financial controls and processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Business partner with senior leadership and operational managers. Liaise with external auditors and relevant third parties. Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Previous experience operating at Financial Controller level.
