Key Responsibilities Lead and evolve the IT function across infrastructure, service delivery, cyber security, and end-user technology Define and deliver a cloud-first strategy, driving ongoing migration, optimisation, and governance within Microsoft Azure Transform IT into a modern, scalable service through automation, self-service, and improved user experience Own IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous service improvement Act as a senior partner to the business, aligning technology initiatives with organisational objectives Oversee cyber security, including controls, risk management, and incident readiness Manage third-party suppliers, budgets, and governance frameworks Contribute to broader digital and technology strategy alongside senior leadership Experience Required Proven experience in a Head of IT / IT Director / senior IT leadership role Strong Azure and cloud platform expertise, including delivering migrations and operating in cloud-first environments Demonstrable track record of leading cloud transformation and modernisation programmes Experience running IT operations (infrastructure, service desk, end-user services) in a multi-site environment ..... full job details .....
