Multskilled Joiner

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to work with our client on a temporary basis. This role involves carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works to occupied and void properties across the borough of Bury. A company vehicle will be provided, with ongoing work available. Overview: You will join a responsive repairs team, undertaking a range of joinery repairs and maintenance works across a varied housing portfolio. The role will also involve carrying out secondary trade duties, diagnosing repair issues and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while providing excellent customer service to tenants. Main Duties: Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance to occupied and void properties Diagnosing and resolving repair issues on the first visit wherever possible Undertaking joinery works alongside secondary trade duties, including basic plumbing, tiling, plaster patching and general maintenance Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Providing excellent customer service and communicating professionally with tenants Working independently and managing workloads effectively Delivering a reliable, professional and high-quality repairs service to residents across the borough Essential Criteria: Time-served Joiner with relevant qualifications Previous experience in social housing repairs and maintenance Ability to undertake a range of secondary trade ..... full job details .....
