These schools are committed to creating engaging learning environments where every child is encouraged to thrive, and they value dedicated Teaching Assistants who can make a positive impact in the classroom.

The schools are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a flexible, day-to-day basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils across the primary age range, working with individuals and small groups, assisting class teachers, promoting positive behaviour, and helping children to achieve their learning goals.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within a primary school setting
• A passion for supporting children''s learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in different school environments
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
