We are seeking a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join a growing merchandising team within a fast-paced womenswear brand based North London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for retail. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the merchandising function while working collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to ensure the smooth flow of stock and accurate reporting.The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and will have previous merchandising administration experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce daily and weekly sales reports, providing accurate data to support business decisions.Update WSSI reports, line cards, and merchandising data on a weekly basis.Manage intake by maintaining delivery schedules and forecasting weekly stock arrivals.Issue Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) to suppliers and monitor inbound shipments.Support the merchandising team by maintaining and updating critical paths.Act as the key liaison with the warehouse team, attending regular meetings and ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently to meet launch deadlines.Check and approve supplier invoices accurately and promptly.Support the ecommerce team by maintaining product launch trackers and go-live checklists.Raise and maintain product information within internal systems.Set up sales orders and manage buy quantities.Action markdowns in line ..... full job details .....
