What you''ll be doing Designing and configuring STIBO STEP MDM components: data models, hierarchies, workflows, rules, UI, dashboards, and DQ controls. Building match-merge and golden record logic. Working with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust STEP solutions. Developing API-driven integrations and workflow automation. Embedding strong data governance and data quality practices. Supporting UAT, deployment, and cross-functional project delivery. What you''ll bring Proven, practical experience with STIBO STEP MDM. Strong grounding in MDM, data modelling, data integration, workflow design, and UI configuration. Proficiency with STEP CWB, STEP APIs, XML, and JSON.
